It's not enough to be skilled in writing code and managing projects. You also need to be able to think outside of the box and come up with new and exciting ideas. In short, you need to be creative.
As a DJ in England, I recorded music that was on the cutting edge, using my creative skills to lay down tracks that got audiences cheering throughout the island. I used these same skills writing tracks for the girl groups and other performers we worked with at Wessex Media.
As everyone knows, there are millions of websites out there. The ones that get traction are creative and hold the users' attention. I use my skills to design sites that are eye-catching, as well as easy to navigate.
Finally I've used this ability when coaching sports teams. I don't rely on methods that other coaches use but that haven't been working. I think outside the box, using my intuition and my empathetic nature to develop programs that the athletes themselves enjoy.
