Overnight Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1-2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh fruit for topping (berries, banana slices, mango, etc.)
- Nuts or seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the Pudding:
- In a medium-sized bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine, making sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumping together.
- Refrigerate Overnight:
- Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Stir the mixture after the first hour to prevent clumping.
- Serve:
- In the morning, give the pudding a good stir.
- Top with fresh fruit and nuts or seeds if desired.
- Enjoy chilled.
