Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the Salad:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.
- Assemble the Salad:
- Divide the salad mixture among four plates.
- Top each salad with the sliced grilled chicken.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side, if desired.

- Serve immediately.
