Smoked Salmon Bagel with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels (your choice of flavor)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bagels:
    1. Slice the bagels in half and toast them to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. Assemble the Bagels:
    1. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each bagel half.
    2. Layer the smoked salmon evenly over the cream cheese.
    3. Top with slices of red onion, cucumber, and tomato.
    4. Sprinkle with capers.
  3. Garnish and Serve:
    1. Garnish with fresh dill.
    2. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
