Ingredients
- 4 large eggs

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas

Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs:
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Eggs:
- Heat the butter or olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until the eggs are scrambled and just set. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the scrambled eggs evenly among the tortillas, placing them in the center of each tortilla.
- Top each with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped green onions, and avocado slices.
- Wrap It Up:
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
