Testing Day #3

This is the last time the testing will be this easy, next week we will have some new tests and they ramp up a little.



Testing Day:

Test 1: One Minute Max Burpees
Test 2: Two Minute Max Push ups
Test 3: Two Minute Max Crunch
Test 4: Hold Plank
Test 5: 130,155 Run x 10

Journal Entry #20: Write down your number of burpees, push ups and crunches from today and the time you held the plank

Put your food and drink intake from yesterday
