Journal Entry #12:Today you are going to reach out to a person on the other team, men reach out to 3 women, and women reach out to 3 men, if you need contacts for them reach out to an assistant coach. Ask them how they are doing with life, soccer and training. Put in your journal who you contacted with.

Put your food and drink intake from yesterday
