Do your warm up you created this week, make sure its polished by today and you dont even have to look at the order anymore

Part 2 - Ball Mastery Workout At Home | 10 Minute Follow Along

You will do this video twice (2 full sets)

Part 3 - 10 Key Turns All Soccer Players Should Master

You should do 2mins of each turns found on this video

Part 4 - 10 Ball Mastery Drills to Get Quick Feet

Do each of these ball mastery drills for 2 mins each

Journal Entry #11: Reach out to 3 other people on the team and ask them how they are doing with life, soccer and training, put the names of the 3 people you contacted in your journal, then write anything of note for example: Are you struggling with the same things?

Put your food and drink intake from yesterday
