Part 1 - Warmup

HIIT stands for: High-Intensity Interval Training which is great for building mass and injury prevention

Part 3 - Killer Ads Workout, Advanced 30 Minute Ab Burner

This is a great Ad session, which is vital core work for soccer players

Part 4 - 30 Min Yoga Workout - Full Body Flow

I love this 30min full body flow session, it works well with todays session to calm the body and stretch out after a difficult session today
