You will now create a 30mins ball Mastery Session, to me this is step overs and side to side movements.

This is the "side to side" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-252rZPZuWA

Step Over: A feint where the player steps over the ball with one foot to deceive the defender before moving in the opposite direction with the other foot.

Scissors: A move where the player brings one foot around the front of the ball in a circular motion, mimicking a step over but continuing to dribble with the same foot.

Maradona Turn (or 360 Spin): A move where the player spins 360 degrees over the ball, using the sole of the foot to drag it with them to evade a tackle.

Cruyff Turn: Named after Johan Cruyff, this move involves faking a pass or shot before using the inside of the foot to drag the ball behind the standing leg and change direction.

Drag Back: Using the sole of the foot, the player pulls the ball back to change direction or evade a challenge.

Inside Cut: A quick cut with the inside of the foot to change direction sharply and move away from the defender.

Outside Cut: Similar to the inside cut but using the outside of the foot to quickly change direction.

Elastic (Elastico): A fast, fluid motion where the player uses the outside of the foot to push the ball one way before quickly using the inside of the same foot to push it the other way.

La Croqueta: A move popularized by Andrés Iniesta, involving using the inside of one foot to push the ball sideways to the other foot in one smooth motion to slip past an opponent.

Nutmeg (Panna): Dribbling the ball through the opponent's legs and collecting it on the other side, often used to embarrass the defender and bypass them.

Rainbow Flick: A trick where the player rolls the ball up the back of one leg with the other foot, flicking it over the opponent’s head to run past them and retrieve the ball.
