Summer Soccer Training Packet - Day 29

Fitness day:

As we enter into the second third of the off season program we need to ramp it up a little, Cardio increases from 30mins to 45, the final goal will be 90mins cardio (game ready).

Part 1 - Warmup

5 Min Full Body Warm Up with Caroline Girvan

Part 2 - Cardio and Tone

45-Minute Cardio and Toning Workout From Jennifer Lawrence's Trainer, This work out combines 45mins of cardio with some "tone work" which is core work.

Part 3 - Strength Training

20 Minute Full Body Strength Workout, if you have access to a weight room I would rather you just weights, but this works for those without access to weight room

Part 4 - Yoga

Journal Entry #29: How many calories did you eat yesterday? Did you feel low energy after the workout today or did you feel fine and had the correct amount?

Put your food and drink intake from yesterday
