Summer Soccer Training Packet - Day 30

Part 1 - Warmup

Do your customized warm up you created

Part 2 - Your Dribbling Session

Do your 30 min Dribbling session that you created last week.

Part 3 - Your Skill Mastery Session

Last Thursday you made a 30min skill mastery session, dop that session now.

Part 4 - Passing or Shooting

We need to add passing and shooting into our sessions, this is difficult without other players to work with, a wall or rebounder would be a great tool. The video below is some good wall passing skills you can do on your own.

Journal Entry #30: Did you think about what you are making for food today? Do you have someone to work with this summer when it comes to passing and shooting? Do you have access to a wall? Put in your journal how you modified todays session.

Put your food and drink intake from yesterday
