Part 1 - Watch these videos
These videos give examples on how to train alone! Today you will create your 1 hour and 30min solo training program, the last two weeks you have watched and followed videos and also have created your own sessions, now its time to put all that training together and make your own with what equiptment and space you have. Going forward I will be making sessions as sample for Tuesdays and Thursdays, but you will always be able to do your own instead.
