Warmup

5 minute dynamic warm up routine for your home workouts! This is a no jumping, low impact, full body warm up routine that you can do before working out.

Technical Session 1

Do all these cone dribbling sessions at least 4 times each

Technical Session 2

Speed and agility training with cone drills

Technical Session 3

10 Individual First Touch Exercises For Footballers, using a wall

Learning Session - 4v2 to 3v2 Breakout Rondo

This rondo setup starts off in a 4v2 and transitions into a 3v2 breakout breakout. Its focus is on improving your teams possession through combination play, recognizing and exploiting overload situations, and play through lines. It's a unique activity you're guaranteed to use again and players will enjoy.



Journal Entry #53: Find and put in your Journal the nutritional values of the food and drink you ate yesterday, and add your actual calories burned from yesterday and post your actual Caloric Surplus, Caloric Maintenance or Caloric Deficit.
