Wednesday:

Breakfast: Protein-Packed Smoothie
Lunch: Turkey and Avocado Wrap
Dinner: Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Warmup

This full body warmup will get you ready for todays workout

Cardio - 45min

45 minute fat burning, fun home cardio workout by Body Project

Strength and core

This Ab and Core workout does have some dumbbells work but its a great program for ab and core work

Yoga

Yoga Full Body Stretches for Tension and Sore Muscles

Journal Entry #52: Find and put in your Journal the nutritional values of the food and drink you ate yesterday, and add your actual calories burned from yesterday and post your actual Caloric Surplus, Caloric Maintenance or Caloric Deficit.
